This is not a one-size-fits-all treatment. Before we begin, you’ll share what’s going on with your body—any tension, pain, or areas needing special attention. Together, we’ll create a plan to address your specific needs.
Using a customized blend of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, sports massage, Thai, Shiatsu, and assisted stretching, I’ll assess your body and intuitively adapt the session in real-time. The result is a deeply personalized massage designed to promote healing, relieve tension, and restore balance.

Information to Know Before Arrival
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The deposit is fully refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. An invoice will be sent to collect the deposit and confirm your appointment. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit is received.
An invoice will be sent to collect the remaining balance after the massage service is completed.
For mobile service, I provide a full in-home experience, bringing everything needed to create a calm and relaxing environment. Each session includes hot towels and hot stones for added comfort. Please ensure there is sufficient space for a massage table.
